Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
ACTIO GLOBAL PARTNERS, S.L. is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data of individuals who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

What do we process your personal data for?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and ACTIO GLOBAL PARTNERS, S.L. (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER), which may include the following activities:
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media channels, USERS will be informed of the purpose of data collection and of their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used solely for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal basis for processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Users may access the privacy policies of each social media platform at any time and configure their profiles to ensure their privacy.
Under no circumstances will personal data obtained through social media be automatically incorporated into commercial databases or electronic communications mailing lists (newsletters, invitations, or exclusive content), unless the USER has given express consent through the appropriate forms.
How long will we retain your personal data?
Data retention criteria: personal data will be retained for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
The information provided by USERS through the CONTROLLER’s social media platforms, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER and may therefore be publicly accessible to other users of the social media platform.
From each social media profile, USERS can configure what information they wish to make public, review and manage granted permissions, or disable third-party applications they no longer wish to use.
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties outside the social media platform, except where strictly necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, and only to service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required confidentiality and data processing agreements in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Social media platforms may involve international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with their own privacy policies. ACTIO GLOBAL PARTNERS, S.L. does not control or manage such transfers, which are accepted by the USER when using the relevant platform.
Rights available to USERS may only be exercised in relation to data that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.

The CONTROLLER may carry out the following actions:
USERS can always control their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict with whom they share their information by accessing their privacy settings on each social media platform.
The purpose of social media platforms is to provide visibility and dissemination of the CONTROLLER’s activities. These platforms store personal data on their own servers and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Once a USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social media profile, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, USERS must own the content they publish or hold the corresponding intellectual property rights or the consent of affected third parties.
Any publication, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, or other formats—that violates morality, ethics, good taste, or public decency, or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or applicable laws, is strictly prohibited.
Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content will not be tolerated on the company’s social media profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such content and block the responsible users.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by USERS.
USERS should be aware that their publications may be visible to other users and that they are therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on social media will not be stored in any database owned by the CONTROLLER but will remain available on the social media platform.
Users are encouraged to review the terms of use and privacy policies of each social media platform upon registration, taking into account the age requirements applicable to each platform.
The CONTROLLER shall not be liable for any use of social media platforms by minors or persons with special needs, whose access should be supervised and controlled by their legal representatives.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
